If you have to scroll to get a full view of our pages, try setting your monitor to a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. To change monitor settings:
- Go to Start menu: Control Panel: Display: Settings or right click on your Desktop, select Properties: Settings.
- Go to Apple menu: System Preferences: Displays, select resolution.

Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you may need to change settings to enable cookies.
To enable cookies
- Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher: Go to Tools: Internet Options: Security. Select Internet, then Custom Level. You may need to scroll to see the options for enabling cookies.
- Firefox: Tools - Options - Privacy - expand Cookies - check Allow sites to set cookies - select "Until they expire" from dropdown.
- OSX, Safari: On the top toolbar, select Preferences: Security.
- Firefox: Go to Firefox Menu: Preferences: Select Privacy Tab: Expand Cookies: Click "Allow sites to set cookies", "Keep cookies until they expire".
Our products (shown after selecting at least a main category and secondary category) by default are shown in a "Summary Display", more information is shown in this view that in other views. The price, the picture, the product name and a summary description are all shown in this default view. However, to ease browsing there are two other display options. Display Options can be found on the right side of the screen directly under the category banner. "Image Display" (the first icon) shows only the price, the image and the product name. "List Display" (the last icon) shows only product name, SKU and price. This view allows experienced shoppers to look at a large number of items at the same time and ease multiple item purchasing.
We've made purchasing on-line as easy as possible. In fact, no account is necessary to purchase from our site!
After adding product to your shopping cart, you can remove it or update the quantity to order. You can evaluate shipping costs and taxes when applicable by entering your zip code and clicking the "Calculate" button. You have the option to continue shopping or go directly to check-out.
Placing orders (check out) is separated in 3 easy steps:
- Enter Shipping Address Information
- Enter Billing Address Information
- Review Information and Enter Credit Card Information
For the most part, we are only requesting key information about you for the purpose of fulfilling your order. However, your email address is a required field for this page and we give you the option to subscribe to the newsletter and to create an account to use express check-out next time you shop with us.
If your order contains both "in stock" and "special order" items, you have the option to have all items shipped all at once when Nuera Transport has all products or to request two different shipping: one for the in-stock products and one for the special order products. We call this a split order. Please note that a split order creates two separate orders to ease processing, procurement, fulfillment, and tracking. This means multiple shipping and extra handling cost will be applied - clearly indicated in advance of accepting the order.
We designed our site's ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send us.
