1. Shipping & Delivery

We ONLY ship to the lower continental 48 United States and use FedEx & UPS Ground depending on destination.

Shipping Charges: are table-based calculations that use destination, weight, and value of order to arrive at charge. We provide shipping charge total before and after checkout using the destination zip code.

To calculate shipping charges:
    • Add the items you are interested in to your cart
    • Click "View Cart" next to the shopping cart at the top of the page
    • Click “Get Estimates” and enter your shipping info
    • Rates will be displayed including any applicable sales tax (for TN, PA, AR, SC, NH, & TX)

Shipping Notifications: once item leaves our warehouse a notification with tracking number is emailed.

In Stock Items: typically delivered within 48 hours of placing your order. Delivery times are estimates. Some items may take longer for delivery - for the latest status of your package, use your shipping notification, tracking number, and the carrier's website.

Special Order Items: can require 2-4 weeks before orders are fully processed & delivered.

Freight & Special Handling: we include items on our website that require organizing special freight usually because of the special size, irregular shape, or heavy weight. We call these "large items". These items become phone orders and are clearly marked on our site.

Shipping specials not valid with any other discount, promotion or offer and is not extended to established manufacturer, repair, dealer or distributor accounts. Prior orders excluded.

2. Holiday Closure & Shipping Delays

Nuera Trailer Parts will be closed for the Holidays from December 22, 2012 through January 1, 2013.

All orders placed from December 22 - January 1 will be taken, but shipping delays should be expected. Orders should be placed before 12:00pm CST on December 21 to avoid delays. Our e-commerce site will be monitored during this time and we will do our absolute best to respond to urgent requests in a timely manner.

Our Customer Success Department will begin processing orders on January 2, 2013.

We frequently run limited time shipping offers that are valid on standard FedEx & UPS Ground shipments to the lower continental 48 United States. The special offer is valid on virtually any order placed online. Certain oversize products are excluded.
