After adding product to your shopping cart, you can remove it or update the quantity to order. You can evaluate shipping costs and taxes when applicable by entering your zip code and clicking the "Calculate" button. You have the option to continue shopping or go directly to check-out.
Placing orders (check out) is separated in 3 easy steps:
- Enter Shipping Address Information
- Enter Billing Address Information
- Review Information and Enter Credit Card Information
For the most part, we are only requesting key information about you for the purpose of fulfilling your order. However, your email address is a required field for this page and we give you the option to subscribe to the newsletter and to create an account to use express check-out next time you shop with us.
If your order contains both “in stock” and “special order” items, you have the option to have all items shipped all at once when Nuera Transport has all products or to request two different shipping: one for the in-stock products and one for the special order products. We call this a split order. Please note that a split order creates two separate orders to ease processing, procurement, fulfillment, and tracking. This means multiple shipping and extra handling cost will be applied - clearly indicated in advance of accepting the order.
Email Orders
We designed our site's ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send us.
